The following rules apply to your participation in our ‘What’s made you grumpy this month?’ competition. By submitting your entry and by entering the Competition you agree to the following rules.
Prize: One winner will be selected across all three platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). The prize will vary each month from Grumpy Mule coffee to Grumpy Mule merchandise and will be decided by us at our discretion. All participants will know what the prize will be upon entering
To enter: Internet access and valid email address required to participate. To enter, simply visit the Grumpy Mule social media pages: twitter page (https://twitter.com/GrumpyMule), Facebook: (https://www.facebook.com/grumpymulecoffee/) and Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/grumpy_mule/) , find the relevant post, ensure it corresponds with the correct month, and follow the instructions: reply to the post and state three things that have you grumpy in that month. Any answers should not be offensive to any other individual or group. Whether an entry is deemed to be offensive shall be at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Entry made via a third party (including by use of an automated service) is not permitted. An entry sent in this way will not be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
Grumpy Mule will monitor all entries for the period of the competition.
Promotion runs throughout the final week of every month and the winner will be announced and contacted during the first week of the following month. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the final day of that month.
The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with the Promoter are not eligible to participate.
Prize Draw and notification of winners: All correct entries will be collated and a winner picked at random or based on the best comment. The winner will be notified through their social channels and will have to provide their postal address to the Promoter within a week of announcement. If a winner fails to respond by the stated time, the winner forfeits their right to any prize and the Promoter will select an alternative winner. Any further selection of winners will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prizes are as described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the stated social channels.
