Gift cards can be used on one-off orders and the first payment of a new subscription. They can't be applied to recurring subscription renewals.
What if I don't spend the full balance in one order?
Any unused balance carries forward automatically and can be used on your next order. There's no need to spend it all at once.
Can I use a gift card alongside a discount code?
Yes. Gift cards are treated as a payment method rather than a discount, so they can be used in combination with a promotional code.
When will the gift card be delivered?
Gift cards are delivered by email. You can choose to send it immediately or schedule it to arrive on a specific date - handy if you want it to land on the day itself.
What if the recipient hasn't received their gift card?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at orders@grumpymule.co.uk and we'll resend it.
How long is the gift card valid for?
14 months from the date of purchase. After that, any remaining balance will expire.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your gift card, please get in touch at orders@grumpymule.co.uk .
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No, gift cards can't be used to purchase other gift cards.
