How much do I save if I subscribe?

Can I use Subscribe & Save for Cafédirect coffee?
Not yet. The system’s not set up for Cafédirect subscriptions. But you can mix and match in our Buy 6, Get 10% Off offer — so chuck a few Cafédirect bags in your basket and still save.
How often can I get deliveries?
You can choose from deliveries every 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Pick your pace — then we’ll take the reins.
How easy is it to cancel?
Dead easy. It’s just with a click. You can cancel anytime before your coffee’s loaded onto the mule cart. We’ll email before it trots off, so you can change or cancel it in your account. Just log in and you’re sorted.
What if I want to change how much or how often?
No problem. Not sure how much coffee you need at first? You can adjust quantity and frequency any time before your next order heads out. We’ll give you a nudge when it’s nearly time.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once it leaves the roastery, we aim to deliver it within 2-3 days. We’ll let you know when it’s on the way, so you can get the mugs ready.
Can I combine the 10% off for subscribing and the 20% off when I buy 6 bags?
As much as we’d love to stack the savings, it’s one offer per order. Get either 20% off with any subscription or 10% off when you grab 6 bags. Still, whichever way you go, you’re winning.
Will I get to meet the mule?
Afraid not. The mule’s a bit stubborn about public appearances. Says it’s “not a show pony.”
